广西科学技术奖公示内容

1.成果名称：B/T细胞免疫组库在疾病中知识图谱构建及其应用研究

2.提名者：桂林市人民政府。提名意见:根据《广西科学技术奖励办法》《广西科学技术奖励办法实施细则》相关规定，提名该个人、组织为广西科学技术进步奖三等奖、候选个人、候选组织。

3.成果简介：B/T细胞免疫组库是指B细胞和T细胞受体的多样性，本项目主要对肾移植、肝移植、系统性红斑狼疮、IgAN、终末期肾病以及不同肿瘤患者的的B/T细胞免疫组库研究，并综合分析，全面了解疾病的免疫状态，紧密结合临床，开展BCR和TCR的应用研究，有助于深入了解免疫系统的运作机制，以及免疫系统在疾病发生发展中的功能作用。B/T细胞免疫组库的研究成果为临床提供更多的诊断和免疫治疗方法，(略)得到推广应用，有效减少由于免疫低下导致感染，减轻家庭和社会经济负担，具有较高的实用价值和社会经济效益。
